Day 2 in Nebraska was full of wind and few deer!  The morning hunt started off with a coyote that never knew how close to a G5 Tekan he really was.  He pushed a spike out of a bedding area that had a dangling spike from his head.  Also saw a doe for a few minutes but was a very slow morning…thank god for cell phone games LOL.  The evening hunt was a filled with more action.  Rattled in a small 4 point and held on for dear life so we weren’t blown out of the tree.  60mph gusts are pretty scary 20 foot up from the ground.  After getting down we checked a bean field and saw two good looking buck but couldn’t quit tell how big.  Tomorrow is supposed to be cold and a little breezy.  We are finding the sign, all we need is for the bigger deer to show up!
